Kelly Watson, A.R.A.D

Director/Principal

Under the guidance and direction of highly respected ballet instructor 'Warren Gasson', Kelly watson started her classical ballet dancing career at the age of 5. During this time Kelly also trained in other areas of dance including jazz and contemporary.

After 11 years under the watchful eye of Warren Gasson, Kelly was accepted into the elite Dance school of 'Tanya Pearson's Classical Coaching Academy' in North Sydney. Shortly after, Kelly gained her R.A.D Advanced Certificate.

Having been awarded leading dance solos with 'Sydney City Youth Ballet' among other well renowned  ballet companies, it was now that Kelly's natural dance abilities were recognized by 'Australian Dance Theatre' dancer Tanya Leidtke and Kelly was asked to perform in a new contemporary work which premiered at "BODIES" in Sydney.

Having often performed in theatres around Sydney including the Sydney Opera House, Footbridge Theatre, Glen Street Theatre and many more, Kelly Watson was now a familiar and respected Ballet dancer among her colleagues.

After achieving all of the above with many other accolades, Kelly was offered Scholarships to Vienna State Opera (Vienna), Maurice Bejarts Rudra (Switzerland) and Palucca Academy (Germany) - all of which are world renowned dance companies.

After returning from overseas Kelly completed her Royal Academy Of Dance teaching certificate with distinction and went on to teach all over Sydney with leading dance academy's such as Tanya Pearson's Classical Coaching Academy and Hillary Kaplans prestigious college Alegria.

Kelly's television credits also include Home & Away and All Saints.
